Fall Festival

The Hairston's invited us to their church's Fall Festival. It was the best festival I have ever been to. Tons of games/candy for the kids, free food, prizes....completely over the top. The kids had a blast, and we already have it marked on our calendar for next year!

The Friday Five

1. I have had no voice all week! The kids, and probably Chris too, think it's hilarious.
2. Layne has tooth #10 coming in.
3. Logan has 3 loose teeth right now.
4. Tuesday night Evan said as I was tucking him into bed "I hope you feel better mommy. You have sweet dreams." He has the sweetest heart.
5. I have been working alot this week ordering dance costumes. Chris has been at home with the kids. He informed me Wednesday night that he 'was spent'. hehehe :)

CPES Fall Festival

Chelsea Park's fall festival was more crowded than I even imagined! Needless to say, a lot of money was raised! This is the only picture I have - the boys with painted hair :)

The Friday Five

1. We call dirty diapers "shooo-weeee-ers" at our house.
2. Logan has been so excited that he can write his full name super fast now. So excited in fact, that he wrote it all over the walls, doors, and trim in the playroom last night. In pen. Not a good night for him.
3. The magic eraser got the pen off the NEWLY painted walls, but I can't seem to get it off the closet walls, doors, and trim. Any suggestions?
4. Chris and I started a new exercise routine this morning. I'm sticking to it!
5. For Halloween: Logan is going to be Robin, Evan is going to be Batman, and Layne is going to be Batgirl.

Alabama's Homecoming

Last night we took the boys to Alabama's Homecoming PepRally with the Hairston family. Our pictures didn't turn out but Leisha got some really good ones. The boys had a GREAT time eating together and playing football by Denny Chimes which they referred to as "Chimmy Changs" multiple times :)
