Chris and Shannon's Thankful Thursday

1. We are thankful for Logan and his many questions.  He pays attention to the little things and his little mind is always working.
2. We are thankful for Evan and his sense of humor.  His contagious laugh can turn the worst days into bright ones.
3. We are thankful for Layne and her feisty spirit.  The attitude that gets her into big trouble most days, will be the attitude that makes her persevere on through difficult challenges that life may throw at her.
4. We are thankful for our supportive family and friends.
5. We are thankful for healthy children.
6. We are thankful for Chris' job.
7. We are thankful for the roof over our heads and food on our table.
8. We are thankful for Chelsea.  This little city has been such a blessing to our family!
9. We are thankful for our children's awesome teachers.
10. We are thankful for the LOUD environment in which we live, reminding us that we are surrounded by LOVE and LAUGHTER:)

Happy 7th Birthday Evan!

Evan wanted to celebrate his 7th birthday at Golden Corral.  His new love is a buffet dinner.

We celebrated with his buddies from school with a movie (Big Hero 6) and pizza/brownies.

UA Homecoming

Chris got us tickets to the homecoming game (Layne's 1st live game).  We had such a fun day!!

Layne's Thanksgiving Program - 4K

It was this little Indian's last preschool Thanksgiving program - and she ROCKED it!

I am super impressed with this year's Santa picture - just because all 3 of my children are in it!!  Even though Layne was not exactly thrilled with this outing, she conquered her fear and sat there for 3.4 seconds.  When she's nervous, she makes that face like she's twirling her tongue in her mouth (Logan used to do the exact same thing).

 Saturday, Layne and I went with Nana and Leisha to Christmas Village.  Layne had to have her picture made with the reindeer!!

 During the Alabama game Evan tried to stay up to watch the whole game....

but passed out cold.
