Best Friends

This came home in Layne's Thanksgiving packet.  She's so thankful for her best friend, Brooke.

Paige, Brooke's mom, is keeping Layne for me this week while I work.  She sent me pictures all day long today of them playing together.  Sweet girls!

The Friday Five

  1. You have to be a super stealth ninja in order to sneak candy out of our candy bucket and not have a Moller kid hear you.
  2. Me: "Evan, what did you learn at school today."  Evan: "Mom, who's those people that came over on a boat just to meet 'dem Indians??"  Me: "Pilgrims?"  Evan: "Yep, we learned about them Pilgrims today...but, I like Indians better."
  3. Logan had an eye appointment checkup this week.  Dr. Cogen lowered his prescription and said that if Logan's eyes keep progressing like they are, he should be done with glasses in the next couple of years.  This makes me extremely happy, not only for Logan, but I also had to make my 105th another trip to Walmart this week in order to repair his glasses due to an ugly meeting with a basketball.  'Tis life.
  4. My sweet little girl angel princess asked me at bedtime this week what 'fart' means.  Evan grinned and said he had no clue what she's talking about.
  5. Logan had a field trip to American Village this week.   He was so excited and woke up at before dawn to be ready.  It's probably been the only day of his life he was dressed in school clothes before I was up.

End of Fall Ball

What a great fall season it was!  Logan's team won the 8U Championship game and Evan's team barely lost in the last game of the 6U Championship series.
I'm so proud of my players!!

The Friday Five - Moller Household Fun Facts

  1. Fish sticks are a family favorite.
  2. Most of the time Chris does the dishes and I do laundry.
  3. We usually wash 3 loads of laundry a day.
  4. Chris, Logan, and Evan eat 5 boxes of cereal a week for breakfast.  The boys LOVE cereal.  Layne and I do not eat breakfast.

The Friday Five

  1. Getting Evan to sit down and do homework is liking trying to wrestle a pig dipped in butter.
  2. I registered for Spring classes this week.  Physiology and Biology here I come!
  3. I am hooked to the series The Walking Dead.  It is so uncharacteristic of me because I'm not a fan of scary things.
  4. Our family is joining Asbury United Methodist Church on November 17th.
  5. We still have our Halloween decorations up.  I'm not a fan of un-decorating.

Love Notes

I put love notes in the kids' lunch boxes every Wednesday morning because I leave for school before they are even up.
I love that Logan is old enough now to write his own love note back.

Dance Observation

I thought for sure my blog site would crash with this many pictures, but surprisingly it posted okay!  Layne's dance observation was today and she did great!!!  I'm thankful for these pictures because I don't get to watch her individually 100% of the time during class.  My favorite pictures are of Layne and her best friend, Brooke, interacting.  Those girls do everything together!
