My baby is a "whole hand old" now (as he says). Where oh where does the time go. I swear yesterday he was spitting baby food back at me. He got to open gifts on his birthday since his party is not until Friday. Our elves even came back to start celebrating with him. Deacon, Lochlan, and Penelope opened a brand new box of pasta to make sure Evan knew exactly how old he was, and also made him a yummy snow man cake that the boys split for breakfast......who doesn't like dessert for breakfast on their birthday?!? (Chris and I gained HUGE parent points for this one!!).
His face below is 100% "Evan". He got money from his MawMaw and those wheels were turning trying to figure out what to spend it on :)

Dr. McCain is out on maternity leave, so we saw Dr. Amason. He told Evan he wants to know what college he is going to because he is going to "look out for this big boy on the offensive line". He also got 4 shots (immunizations). He was so brave and cried silently with big alligator tears (mommy cried too)....we made it better by visiting Steel City Pops for snack.
